What a session actually feels like

Sessions happen over Zoom. You don't need to prepare anything, revisit painful memories, or do any kind of emotional processing beforehand. You just show up.

The work is quiet and focused. I do most of the active work — identifying what's present, what's ready to clear, and in what order. You don't need to perform insight or arrive at realizations. Most people describe the experience as calm and surprisingly simple.

1 We check in briefly

A few minutes on what you're noticing — not a full history, just what's present for you now. This isn't therapy. We're not building a case.

2 I find what your system is holding

Using muscle testing, I ask your body directly what it's still running — specific emotions, trapped responses, or subconscious beliefs. This is precise, not general. We're not guessing.

3 We release it

The clearing process is straightforward and contained. Nothing is forced. We work at the pace your nervous system is ready for, and stop when it signals it's had enough for now.

4 Your system integrates

In the 24–48 hours after a session, most people notice small shifts — less bracing, more ease, reactions that feel different without trying. Nothing dramatic. Just lighter.

How I work with that

In sessions, we work at the level where those responses are being held. Rather than talking through the story again, we listen to what the body is signaling now.

All sessions are remote — Zoom or email, depending on what works for you.

Focused session

Good for a specific issue or following up after a longer session. Shorter but still targeted.

Full session

The most common starting point. Enough time to go deep on what's present and clear multiple layers.

Async session

You share what's going on, I do the session, and send you a detailed written summary. No Zoom needed.

Sessions 2–3 Deeper patterns clear

The nervous system works in layers. Follow-up sessions go deeper, releasing what the first session made accessible. This is usually where the more lasting shifts happen.
